Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent.
Associate’s Degree or a minimum of three (3) years prior utility experience.
Proficient in spreadsheet analysis and working knowledge of personal computers.
Detailed knowledge of the electric utility industry and its issues (local, regional, and national).

Additional Information:

Responsibilities: As an Energy Efficiency Coordinator, you will:

Work Under Pressure: Handle high-demand situations efficiently.
Collaborate: Be a goal-oriented team player who can work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary staff.
Communicate Effectively: Interact with various audiences, including building owners, maintenance staff, customers, developers, builders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and co-workers.
Organize and Coordinate: Develop and implement work plans to achieve department goals.
Manage Contractors: Coordinate and oversee contractor work.
Promote Energy Efficiency: Apply knowledge of energy conservation and green building practices, including familiarity with energy efficiency cost-effectiveness methodology.
