How to Register Exhibitors

If you have any questions about registering your booth personnel and securing exhibitor badges, please contact Alyssa at (360) 816-1448 or alyssa@nwppa.org. Please remember that pre-registering your personnel makes check-in at the trade show much faster and less hectic.


All booth personnel (anyone who will occupy the exhibit space), including the two people who purchase the booth, must register as an exhibitor and receive an exhibitor badge before being allowed into the exhibit hall. 

Exhibitor badges allow access to all conference sessions and events, for one day or the entire conference, so you may spend time with your customers or working on your professional development. Exhibitors will receive two complimentary registrations for each booth purchased. The first two registrations submitted will be complimentary for the exhibiting company. Additional registrations after the complimentary registrations will be charged the standard exhibitor registration fee (for those who have a booth) of $250 per person. This amount will be due at the time of sign up.


If you have never exhibited at an NWPPA event before, we have reserved a number of booth spaces to be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To purchase a booth as a first-time exhibitor, contact Alyssa at (360) 816-1448 or alyssa@nwppa.org.

All first-time vendors are invited to a New Vendors Luncheon on Tuesday, April 12, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Come enjoy lunch with other vendors, meet the Associate Member Committee representatives, learn tips for making your first NWPPA E&O trade show experience a success, and enjoy a Q&A session with long-time NWPPA vendors. If you are new to our event, we hope you take advantage of this opportunity, which is conveniently scheduled a few hours before the trade show grand opening that afternoon.

Exhibit space sells quickly for the NWPPA Engineering & Operations Conference and Trade Show. The extraordinary demand for booth space means that some companies will be assigned to the wait list for a booth. NWPPA staff will process each online exhibit space request on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once all booths are allocated, NWPPA will begin placing remaining companies on the wait list. Those on the wait list will be notified as space becomes available.

New Technology Showcase

The New Technology Showcase is a high-value, free opportunity to show your newest product or service to attendees. Held early Wednesday morning, up to 16 exhibitors are selected to set up table-top displays of their newest and best product or service in the area where attendees will mingle and have their morning continental breakfast and coffee. Competition is high for this prime, free display opportunity, and the selection of exhibitors is made by the E&O Policy Committee.
