Welcome to the NWPPA Surplus Material Marketplace.
This section is provided for NWPPA members to post and advertise their surplus material for sale. As a member service at no cost, utility and associate members with surplus items are able to post information, including a brief description of the item and photos. Once the posting has been approved by NWPPA, it will remain on the marketplace for 90 days or until sold.
What is considered surplus? Any asset, equipment, or inventory that is no longer needed by a utility—but could possibly be used by another utility. Why should you manage surplus? Simply stated: it is the right thing to do. Throwing away or scrapping items is not as acceptable as it once was; managing surplus can mitigate environmental and safety risks.
