Sealed bids will be received by Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington, at the office of the District, Attention:  Brenda Guske, Procurement and Contract Services, 327B North Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801, until 2:00 pm, Pacific Time, Monday, November 02, 2020, for supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and all other appliances and supplies as specified, and performing all work required in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Contract Documents, in whole or in part, may be available in read-only format at  Prospective Bidders may obtain Contract Documents in electronic format from the Procurement and Contract Services Department.  Requests are accepted online at, or in writing to P.O. An optional pre-bid meeting with on-site sign-up is scheduled for October 23, 2020, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Attendees shall meet at 19 Rock Island Grade Road, Rock Island, Washington approximately 8 miles east of East Wenatchee (which is located off of SR28 onto Rock Island Grade Road for 500 feet and the Rock Island Cottage Grounds are on the left).  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at this location in order to attend the site.  The following PPE is required to be used by all attendees: sturdy leather footwear. Attendees shall also provide and wear their own protective mask, and maintain adequate social distancing during the site visit.
