Sealed bids will be received by Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington, at the office of the District, Attention: Minh Dang, Procurement and Contract Services, 327B North Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee, Washington, 98801, until 2:00 pm, Pacific Time, Tuesday, May 18, 2021, for supplying all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and all other appliances and supplies as specified, and performing all work required in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Prospective Bidders may obtain Contract Documents in electronic format from the Procurement and Contract Services Department. Due to site access limitations, varying terrain, and the need to emphasize system constraints, a pre-bid meeting is mandatory. A scheduled pre-bid meeting and site visit opportunity will be conducted on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM. Attendees shall meet at the Chelan Falls Powerhouse Park, 200 Powerhouse Road, Chelan Falls, WA 98817, where a brief meeting and site visit will be held. The following PPE is required to be used by all attendees: shirts with sleeves, full length trousers, and sturdy footwear. The attendees will be required to maintain adequate social distancing during the site visit. No advance registration is required for attendance but all attendees will be required to sign in at the meeting venue.
