Central Washington Public Utilities (CWPU) is a group of seven public utility districts who entered into an interlocal cooperation agreement, establishing the CWPU Unified Insurance Program Trust (UIP) pursuant to authority provided under Chapter 39.34 RCW. Since 1982, CWPU UIP provides group health and welfare programs to member utilities employees and their qualified dependents.
CWPU UIP is soliciting proposals from firms to provide benefit consulting and actuarial services for its employee benefit plans in support of CWPU UIP’s vision and mission.
