BEAD Fiber Materials Procurements

The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requests sealed bids for the supply and delivery of BABA-compliant fiber optic materials for Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) project areas within Lewis County, Washington. This procurement utilizes state and federal grant funds and specific requirements will apply to bid responses and resulting contracts.
The procurements are identified as follows:
Solicitation No. 26-051-IFB for BEAD Project Area PA 88, with delivery to Chehalis, Washington.
Solicitation No. 26-052-IFB for BEAD Project Area PA 148, with delivery to Chehalis, Washington.
Solicitation No. 26-053-IFB for BEAD Project Area PA 179, with delivery to Chehalis, Washington.
Solicitation No. 26-054-IFB for BEAD Project Area PA 216, with delivery to Morton, Washington.
Separate bids shall be submitted for each solicitation.
Each solicitation represents a separate BEAD project area procurement. Bid responses will be evaluated independently for each solicitation, and the District may make separate awards for each project area. The award of one solicitation shall not obligate the District to award any other solicitation.
