Jefferson County PUD in Port Townsend, Washington, invites sealed bids to be received at the office of the District, Attn: Alyson Dean 310 Four Corners Rd, Port Townsend, WA 98368 until 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on Tuesday, July 10th the Irondale Substation Expansion Project.

Prospective bidders are hereby notified that they are solely responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bid to Jefferson County PUD on or before the bid submission date and time indicated above.

IMPORTANT: A mandatory pre-bid site inspection is scheduled for the project on Thursday, June 21st beginning at 8:30 a.m. The pre-bid inspection will start at the Operations Facility located at 310 Four Corners Rd Port Townsend, WA 98368 and contractors will walk over to the Irondale Substation. To register for this, please email your contact information to: Lori Rae- email@example.com or call at 360-385-8358 prior to 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20th. Any contractor not pre-registered for this may be denied access to the Irondale Substation project. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at this location in order to attend the site. The following PPE is required to be used by all attendees: shirts with sleeves and full length trousers, sturdy footwear, eye protection, hard hat and safety vest.
