Classification & Compensation Study

Public Utility District No. 1 of Cowlitz County, Washington (Cowlitz PUD) is requesting proposals for the purpose of conducting a classification and compensation analysis for 70 full-time equivalent positions.

Cowlitz PUD seeks a consultant to conduct classification and compensation analysis, which would include the following tasks: 1) Evaluate the current classification and compensation system; 2) Make recommendations for changes to current classification and compensation system, if necessary; 3) Develop and provide training to Human Resources staff on a self-sustaining classification and compensation system to support re-classification requests and future organizational needs.
