The SCADA Network Architect is responsible for reliability, security, configuration, and maintenance of SEAPA’s SCADA and communication systems. Systems include: microwave, telemetry, two-way radio, fiber optic, multiplex carrier, VoIP & POTS telephone, SCADA, RTU’s, serial comms (RS-232 / RS-485), frame relay, protective relay (transfer trip & power line carrier), PLC’s routable networks, physical security (alarms & video surveillance), basic electronics, A/D converters, instrumentation, DC Power, and PV hydroelectric power generation and transmission facilities. Position is salary with a standard work schedule of 5 days/week 8 hrs/day.
