The RELIABILITY COMPLIANCE MANAGER leads a team of Compliance Analysts, the Reliability Compliance team, District Standard Owners, and subject matter experts in the design, implementation, and administration of compliance program policies and practices to ensure District wide compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) reliability standards as they relate to the District’s Bulk Electric System.  Develops, communicates, and implements policies, processes, procedures and internal controls.  Oversees data collection and retention.  Performs internal reviews and investigations.  Participates in regional or national forums, and promotes the District’s position within the power industry and regulatory agencies.  Chelan County PUD has a mature Internal Reliability Compliance Program that has been ranked “First Quartile” by an independent benchmarking entity, and we proudly announce a “clean” 2016 audit with both CIP and OMP.

Experience Required:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (B. S., B. A.) in a business, engineering, or public administration or the equivalent education and experience. Also requires a minimum of four (4) years of experience in electric utility system operations, engineering, planning, or reliability compliance—including supervisory experience.
