Duties:

The Eugene Water & Electric Board is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager II to plan, execute, and finalize information technology projects according to meet business needs, be on time and within budget. This position will involve coordination of portfolio projects for various department specific infrastructure replacement and upgrade projects requiring coordination of resources across projects, including coordination of team members and stakeholders. This includes Project Management/coordination, Resource Management, Cost Management, Communication Management, and Quality Management / Risk Management.

Experience Required:

Requirements As A Qualification & Progression

Minimum Experience:   Three years of professional project management experience.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Project Management, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field.

Desirable education, experience, training and certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP).

Equivalency:  An equivalent combination of experience and training that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be qualifying.
