Kodiak Electric Association (KEA) is seeking to fill the position of Power Generation Technician at the Terror Lake Hydroelectric Facility on Kodiak Island. The Facility is in a remote Alaska site location that is accessible only by plane or boat from Kodiak. This position lives and works in a camp environment with on-site housing provided, and will work two weeks on, two weeks off shift of twelve (12)-hour days.

Alaska does not have a state income tax. In October of 2016, every eligible resident received a dividend of $1,022, their share of the money from the sale of oil pumped out of the ground in Alaska.
