POSITION SUMMARY:
Provides efficient and effective support to the Member Services team in a manner that promotes
positive member and public relations and high-quality service. Assist department with metering
data collection, billing, and capital credit processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with tracking and ongoing reporting for the Member and Energy Services
    department’s strategic initiatives, goals, budgets, and performance.
  • Prepare regulatory reports and maintain files.
  • Shares responsibility for the day to day operation of the companies billing system
    processes, calendars, billing cycles, and scheduling.
  • Collect, process, and maintain records for bankruptcy and collections.
  • Department notary for member loans and contracts.
  • Maintain capital credits database and process estate applications.
  • Perform Member and Energy service support functions as assigned.
  • Participation in cooperative strategy and initiatives
Additional Information:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and basic knowledge in operating general
    office equipment and in electronic file management.
  • Self-motivated/takes initiative
  • Experience in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and carry-out moderately complex written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to obtain Notary Public designation
