High school graduate or equivalent.
Associate’s Degree or a minimum of three (3) years prior utility experience or a combination of each.
Proficient in spreadsheet analysis and working knowledge of personal computers.
Detailed knowledge of the electric utility industry and its issues (local, regional, and national).
Responsibilities: As an Energy Efficiency Coordinator, you will:

Work Under Pressure: Handle high-demand situations efficiently.
Collaborate: Be a goal-oriented team player who can work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary staff.
Communicate Effectively: Interact with various audiences, including building owners, maintenance staff, customers, developers, builders, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and co-workers.
Organize and Coordinate: Develop and implement work plans to achieve department goals.
Manage Contractors: Coordinate and oversee contractor work.
Promote Energy Efficiency: Apply knowledge of energy conservation and green building practices, including familiarity with energy efficiency cost-effectiveness methodology. Primarily works with commercial and key accounts.
