Clearwater Power Company has an open position for the Manager of Financial and Office Services. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with a high degree of respect, trust and accountability. This position reports to the General Manager. Duties include develop, administer, manage, and be responsible for the annual operating and capital budgets, accounting, purchasing, human resources, group benefit plans, insurance plans, employee wage and salary plan, regulating compliance, and the financial security of the Cooperative.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar discipline and Seven (7) years of progressively responsible work experience in utility accounting, governmental accounting, or related field and five (5) years of supervisory experience are also required. Certified Public Account and Professional in Human Resources certification are desirable but not required.
