Missoula Electric Cooperative Journeyman Lineman
Performs diversified work of construction, repair and operation of distribution and transmission facilities. Works on energized lines, structures and equipment involved in the distribution of electricity.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Journeyman Lineman or must have completed a recognized, qualified apprenticeship program for electric utility Journeyman Lineman and have met all minimum requirements of the trade and ability to successfully pass the IBEW Local 44 Journeyman Lineman’s exam within a year of date of hire.
- Must be hold or be able to obtain, within 30 consecutive days of hire, a valid Montana Class A, Interstate Commercial Driver’s License.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job as described in the job description.
