MEA is currently recruiting for two professional HR Generalist positions –

  • Employee and Labor Relations Generalist
  • Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Specialist

Experience Required:

Employee and Labor Relations Generalist

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of a variety of human resource programs, with primary focus on employee and labor relations. This is a hands-on, mid-management position with functional oversight of employee relations issues, performance management, internal investigations, assisting with interpreting policy and labor contracts, providing guidance related to complex benefit matters, and administering MEA’s Employee Recognition Program.  This position is expected to accomplish these responsibilities through the application of a strong knowledge of Human Resource practices, programs, and philosophies, and by utilizing initiative, innovation, and creativity.

Talent Acquisition and Employee Development Specialist

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of a variety of human resource programs, with primary focus on strategic talent management and employee development.  This is a hands-on, mid-management position with functional oversight of recruitment practices, training and development, division budget, employee recognition, job analysis/compensation, and administering MEA’s Employee Assistance Program.   This position is expected to accomplish these responsibilities through the application of a strong knowledge of Human Resource practices, programs, and philosophies, and by utilizing initiative, innovation, and creativity.
