Clearwater Power Company is seeking a Director of Member Services to be responsible for providing supervision, leadership and direction to Member Services employees; fostering a collaborative, team-oriented work environment with a high degree of respect, trust and accountability and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Manager of Member Services and is responsible for assigning work, answering questions, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems, and explaining cooperative policies and procedures.  Responsible for the coordination of all member transactions including accounting, billing, and collections while providing efficient, accurate, and courteous service.  Candidate must be able to effectively work with a variety of people under difficult circumstances. Provides timely reports, data, and reconciliations to other departments.

Experience Required:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Utility or cooperative experience preferred. Familiarity with NISC software desired. Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field and 5 years’ experience in a related position. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
