Journeyman Lineman

Clearwater Power Company is accepting applications for a full-time journeyman lineman at the District Service Center in Orofino, Idaho. Shall be a qualified journeyman lineman, as required by IBEW Local #77, with a thorough background knowledge of operating and construction procedures and practices of electric transmission and distribution organizations acquired through the apprentice training program, the Joint Apprenticeship Training School, and on-the-job experience.

Must demonstrate necessary proficiency to perform the duties in accordance with OAR 437, Division 2, Subdivision R (1910.269) training and possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License. Knowledge of RUS (Rural Utility Service) construction preferred. Must establish permanent residence and live within thirty (30) minutes driving time to the Orofino Service Center.
