Design and implement Customer Information System and Advanced Metering business processes. Facilitates greater efficiency, effectiveness and customer service by designing and implementing new or improved Customer Utilities business or operational processes and related technology driven solutions. The position is also critical to ongoing change leadership throughout Customer Utilities operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or Math and 5 years of experience analyzing business operation processes, technical process development, data process modeling, operational analysis or change management. Experience in operations implementation of customer information/billing, meter data management or AMI preferred. Applicants with equivalent combination of related education and experience will be considered.
