BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans, develops and administers Request for Proposal (RFP) and contract development process for the Customer & Energy Services (CES) Division. Assists in the development of the Division’s budgets. Analyzes trends and variances and interprets complex budget information. Assists with system administration of CES tracking and reporting systems Serves as a resource for annual audits of CES activities and financial records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires Bachelor’s in Business/Public Administration or related field, or the equivalent combination of related education and work experience, and 3 years progressive experience, including 1 year in a lead capacity in planning, contract management, budgeting, accounting, program, or project management. Valid Washington State Driver’s License required.
