Big Bend Electric Cooperative Inc. is currently seeking a Lineman for the Mesa, WA location. Mesa is located approximately 30 miles north of Pasco, WA (Tri-Cities) in a rural setting. Applicants must possess the physical abilities to perform strenuous work (able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during the workday). Dedication and availability after-hours is a must since the work sometimes demands long periods of overtime.
The applicant must possess a valid driver’s license and will be required to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) within 90 calendar days after the first day of employment.
The applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug test.
The successful applicant must reside within 35 miles of the Mesa office.
