Assistant V, Transmission Reliability Services (R17-499) 



Provide technical support for PGE’s Transmission and Reliability Services department using multiple specialized system tools and databases to administer contract administration, natural gas balancing and reporting, technical training recordkeeping, and department budgeting.  Responsible for generating the FERC Electric Quarterly Report (EQR).

Experience Required:


  • Minimum three years of experience in Utility related field plus training or four years of experience in Utility related field
  • High School or GED
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory requirements in the FERC, NERC (Personnel standards), and PHMSA areas, including familiarity of Standards of Conduct.
  • Working knowledge of myLearning Learning Management System is preferred.  Knowledge of QTD training system and NERC SOCCED.
  • Knowledge of database functionality and experience working with databases to store and retrieve information.
  • Working knowledge of PGE systems including Peoplesoft, Corporate Reports, and eRecords
