Assistant IV, Prerequisite Coordination (R17-619) 

 

POSITION PURPOSE

The Administrative Assistant IV provides operational support to Prerequisite Coordinators and PSLD by initiating, receiving, and providing notification on right-of-way and other permits; preparing and recording locate requests; and other clerical activities as required for general operations.

 

 

Experience Required:

REQUIRMENTS

  • A high school diploma or GED plus 5+ years of experience in a progressive administrative support positions.
  • Experience with PGE customer service a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

 

KNOWLEDGE

  • Advanced knowledge of commonly used PC based computer applications including Word, and Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of grammar, spelling, business correspondence composition.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Maximo preferred
  • Ability to learn basic storm support processes in Outage Management System
  • Basic knowledge of the utility industry and T&D Operations preferred
