Analyst IV, Planning Forecaster
Provide long range forecasting and analysis of all work performed by the T&D Line Departments. The position provides reports and recommendations to management, service & design, asset management, as well as PSLD to ensure work plans are consistent with annual budgetary goals, and are sufficiently resourced to achieve financial and reliability objectives.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field such as engineering or mathematics.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a position directly related to T&D operations.
- Experience with annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Broad perspective of Utility Distribution Operations.
- Expert-level skills in Excel, PowerPlant queries
- Strong skills in Power Point or other presentation tools
- Thorough knowledge of WMS and WMS Reports
- Thorough knowledge of Maximo, ARM Scheduler, Mobile, OBIEE, and other reporting tools (future)
