2017 GM and Director Surveys — Reports Now Available
Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2017 NWPPA Directors, Commissioners, and Other Elected Officials Annual Compensation Survey and/or the 2017 General Manager Compensation Survey; reports are now available to member utility general managers and senior HR managers. If you would like a copy of the reports, please email Debbie at Debbie@NWPPA.org.
As a reminder, these are the only two utility compensation surveys that NWPPA will facilitate this year; compensation surveys are now completed on an every-other-year basis. (Labor and Employee Relations Group surveys are managed separately and will continue to be offered annually.) These two surveys will be offered this year, and then not again until 2019. Next year we will open up the 2018 Linecrew Wage and Benefits Survey; that survey will again be available in 2020.
The Association understands that these survey reports are a valuable source of comparison information for utilities and their boards, and we thank you for your continued support of NWPPA surveys.
