Deadlines and Instructions for 2012/2013 Directory Advertising

• Insertion order must be on file before ad will be published.
• No cancellations or change orders will be accepted after the closing dates. Cancellations require 30 days written notice prior to closing date.
• Deadline for all advertising space orders for 2012-2013 edition is May 18, 2012. The closing date for all materials is June1, 2012.
• Electronic files preferred. Macintosh computer compatible. Please, call for additional information on acceptability of computer programs.
• All advertising is subject to publisher's approval. The publisher reserves the right to reject advertising which is not in keeping with the publication's standards.
• Need help designing your ad? If you don't have a print ready ad NWPPA can help you design one for use in our publications. The cost is 15% of a one-time ad rate (B&W or color depending on what you want designed) or we will design it for no additional charge if a signed insertion order is received for 6 ads to run during the year. For more information on this option or if you have additional questions, please contact Brenda Dunn at brenda@nwppa.org or call (360) 816-1453.
