Deadlines and Instructions for Advertising

• Signed insertion order must be on file before ad will be published.
• No cancellations or change orders will be accepted after the closing dates. Cancellations require written notice prior to closing date.
• Deadline for all camera-ready advertising is the 25th of the month prior to publication. Artwork that is not camera-ready needs to be at the NWPPA office by the 20th of the month prior to publication.
• We prefer electronic files. Macintosh computer compatible. Please, call for additional information on acceptability of computer programs. We accept camera-ready art.
• All advertising is subject to publisher's approval. The publisher reserves the right to reject advertising which is not in keeping with the publication's standards.
• When copy or new art is not received by deadline date, the last ad will run automatically.
• Repeat ads will be run as previously submitted unless copy is changed before closing date.
• The Bulletin is printed and mailed during the second week of the month.

Need help designing your ad? If you don't have a print ready ad NWPPA can help you design one for use in our publications.
