Tanner Electric Cooperative is selling their 2% share of pre-purchased energy and Renewable Energy Credits from White Creek Wind I, LLC (White Creek) wind generation project. The sale will be a complete transfer of the remaining 14+ years of their 20-year pre-purchased power agreement, as well as the rights and obligations described in the contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity to satisfy both a portion of a utility’s Tier 2 and renewable requirements with a low-cost, long-term contract. White Creek is one of the most productive wind farms in the region.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR A LANDFILL GAS UTILIZATION PROJECT AT THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES LANDFILL

The City of Port Angeles, Washington is requesting letters of interest and a supporting Proposal from qualified Developers to finance, design, permit, construct, own, operate, manage and maintain a landfill gas-to-energy or other beneficial use project at the City’s landfill.

FOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONAL REVIEW

The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (“SEAPA”) is soliciting a statement of qualifications from firms interested in providing a Operations and Maintenance Organizational Review of SEAPA and its hydroelectric plants and transmission line operations and maintenance. SEAPA will select three (3) firms based upon submitted qualifications representing experience and expertise in this field of study. Those three firms will be requested to submit a proposal to conduct this review. The proposals will be evaluated and one firm will be selected to complete the study. The study envisioned in this RFQ is expected to be completed within six (6) months following the selection of the firm to undertake this study.
