ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Risk system maintenance. Includes but is not limited to: Input, maintain, monitor, and analyze data in deal capture and portfolio risk management systems, including internet trading activity. Set-up and run daily, weekly and monthly processes for invoicing, pathing, price inputs, deal calculation, counterparty credit, and report generation. Assist Trade-Floor personnel, Contract Administration, Energy Accounting, Portfolio Analytics and Structuring staff in use of risk systems and data.
• Invoicing: Includes activities like:Billing and maintaining physical and financial commodity accounts receivable and payable for monthly billing. Resolving transactional and accounting discrepancies. Work with Trade-Floor personnel, Energy Accounting, and counterparties to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communications. Communicate with Trade-floor personnel, Portfolio Analytics, Structuring, Contract Administration, Credit, and Energy Accounting personnel. Assist traders on routing of energy purchases and sales in risk systems. Act as a liaison between traders and accounting groups.
• Reporting/Compliance.
