Seattle City Light’s Conservation Resources Division is currently looking for a Senior Energy Management Analyst for the department that provides energy efficiency funding and consulting services to major non-residential electric service customers (the C/I group).
Join our outstanding team in developing and delivering energy efficiency programs to our customers in partnership with our communities, to sustain our environment for future generations; promote the use of advanced energy conservation measures; work closely with commercial and industrial customers to identify and implement conservation opportunities; lead the planning, developing and monitoring of energy management programs; lead a team of Energy Management Analysts; perform technical and economic analyses of energy conservation opportunities; and conduct seminars on energy management.
Required Qualifications: The equivalent of a Baccalaureate degree in engineering, energy management, conservation, architecture or a related discipline and three years experience in professional commercial or industrial energy management analysis and a Washington State driver's license or equivalent mobility.

Seattle City Light’s Conservation Resource Division is currently looking for a manager of its Marketing section.
Key duties include: full management oversight and responsibility for the supervision, workload planning, assignments, monitoring and evaluation of 17 supervisory, technical, professional and administrative staff and direct responsibility for an annual budget ranging from $5 to $7 million in support of energy efficiency programs with total annual budgets ranging from $20 million in 2008 to $45+ million by 2012.
Required Qualifications: Significant knowledge and professional experience in marketing, communication, and branding, concepts, tools (including internet and world wide web) and practices as they apply to the delivery of energy efficiency or related programs, typically gained through five (5) or more years progressively responsible assignments, three (3) of which were as a manager or supervisor in a large, complex multicultural and diverse organization; A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Administration, Communications or related field; State of Washington Drivers License or equivalent.

Seattle City Light’s Conservation Resources Division is currently looking for a manager of the Community Conservation Section.
The Community Conservation Manager will direct the work efforts of a multi-disciplinary staff to design and deliver conservation programs to over 360,000 homes and small businesses in Seattle and the surrounding communities served by City Light, is responsible for an operational budget of $7-10 million per year and regularly makes program and operational policy decisions that entail significant financial commitment on the part of the Utility.
