Northern Wasco County People’s Utility District is issuing this “Invitation to Bid” for the purpose of soliciting sealed proposals for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor and equipment of a project for the District’s 15 Mile Road Line Relocation Project. Sealed proposals will be received by the District on or before 2:00 PM, October 15, 2015, at its office at 2345 River Road, The Dalles, OR 97058. The Project will consist of the installation of approximately 4.5 miles of 15 kV overhead distribution line, transfer existing services to new the new lines, and removal of approximately 5.5 miles of 15 kV overhead distribution lines. The Plans, Specifications and Construction Drawings, together with all necessary forms and other documents for pre-qualified Bidders may be obtained from the District or from the Engineer, D. Hittle and Associates, Inc., at the Engineer’s office at 7515 West Deschutes Avenue, Kennewick, Washington 99336 (phone (509) 735-5350). Parties interested in bidding shall contact the Engineer at the above address or by e-mail at email@example.com . Bidders must be prequalified at least seven days prior to bid opening.
