EPA Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on PCB Use Authorization

Status:
The EPA is currently preparing the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and is expected to release it in 2013. Below is the EPA's Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, plus the transcript of NWPPA’s webinar with the EPA regarding the rule, and the ETF’s comments filed for NWPPA.
