The information entered and maintained on this site is confidential and belongs to the entering utility.

Utilities entering data do so voluntarily and with the understanding that only an identification number unique to this demonstration site and assigned by NWPPA will be provided to EPA. No corresponding utility name will be provided to EPA. Only data about PCB equipment disposed of and retrofilled will be submitted to EPA.

NOTE: You must have a NWPPA System Utility ID # BEFORE using this site. If you do not have a System ID #, contact Debbie at (360) 254-0109 to be assigned a number.
