Deadlines and instructions for advertising in 2013/2014 issue
- Signed insertion order must be on file before ad will be published.
- No cancellations or change orders will be accepted after the closing dates. Cancellations require written notice prior to closing date.
- Deadline for all advertising space orders is May 17, 2013. The closing date for all materials is May 31, 2013 for an August publication.
- We will accept ads on disks saves as PDfs or in EPS or TIFF format, Macintosh computer compatible. Please, call for additional information on acceptability of computer programs.
- Electronic files preferred.
- All advertising is subject to publisher's approval. The publisher reserves the right to reject advertising which is not in keeping with the publication's standards.

Four color - $775 plus B&W ad rate

4th Cover (outside back cover): $2,779 **

Need help designing your ad? If you don't have a print ready ad NWPPA can help you design one for use in our publications. The cost is 15% of a one-time ad rate (B&W or color depending on what you want designed) or we will design it for no additional charge if a signed insertion order is received for 6 ads to run during the year in NWPPA publications.
