NWPPA's Board of Trustees consists of individuals from member utilities across the Western U.S. and Canada. Current officers and board members include:
Scott Odegard, President
Scott Odegard is General Manager at Sun River Electric Cooperative in Fairfield, Mont. Odegard’ utility industry experience dates back almost 35 years. He has an electrical engineering degree from the University of Nevada and has been a Professional Engineer since 1982. He has served on the NWPPA board since 2007.

Bill Nordmark, Vice President
Bill Nordmark, chairman of the Board at Golden Valley Electric, has served on the NWPPA Board of Trustees since 2004. Nordmark currently serves as 1st Vice President of the NWPPA Board.

Ken Weiss, 2nd Vice President
Ken Weiss, on the board of directors at Clearwater Power, was announced as NWPPA secretary/treasurer on May 15, 2012, at the Association’s 72nd Annual Conference and Membership Meeting in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Weiss has an associate degree in heavy equipment repair from Spokane Community College and has been involved in the utility industry for some 12 years. He has served on the NWPPA Board since 2006.

Kevin Owens, Secretary/Treasurer
Kevin Owens, General Manager at Columbia River People's Utility District, was announced as NWPPA secretary/treasurer on May 15, 2012, at the Association’s 72nd Annual Conference and Membership Meeting in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He has served on the NWPPA Board since 2007.

Bob Titus, Immediate Past President
Bob Titus, Manager at the City of Ellensburg Energy Services, was announced as NWPPA president on May 24, 2011, at the Association’s 71st Annual Conference and Membership Meeting in Reno, Nev. Titus will serve a one-year term as Board president. Titus’ utility industry experience dates back almost 45 years to when he started working summers for Orcas Power and Light (OPALCO) in 1967. In 1972, he became a full-time OPALCO employee after finishing his electrical engineering degree at the University of Washington and serving in the Air Force. He spent a total of 17 years at OPALCO, 10 years at the City of Port Angeles, and will complete his 12th year with the City of Ellensburg in August 2011. He has served on the NWPPA Board of Trustees since 2002.
